Binance agrees to pay $ 1.5 million for the fight against the coronavirus

The news was announced by the CEO of Binance, Chanpgeng Zhao. At the same time, Binance would have the intention of supplying the region of Wuhan city, the epicenter of the disease, with 8,000 medical masks. However, because of the quarantine of Wuhan, Binance would be difficult to send medical masks to targeted individuals.

Binance would also have been committed to come to the aid of victims of forest fires that have ravaged Australia. Through its platform charity, the crypto-exchange Binance is committed to donating a million dollars to disaster victims in australia.

“It is painful to see the forest fires that ravage Australia, as well as the devastating effects on the ecology and local communities. We want to help this crisis is urgent, ” said Changpeng Zhao, the CEO of Binance.

During the past year, the foundation Binance Charity has lent a hand to students who need it most by distributing over 5,000 meals from 11 schools as well as from sanitary towels to more than 10,000 young girls finding themselves in a precarious economic situation.
Binance does not stop in so good way and plans to increase philanthropic efforts in the years to come, underlines Changpgeng Zhao.
