The partnership raises a great wave of enthusiasm
Ripple has charged himself to communicate the news through an announcement, in which he mentioned that the partnership between Intermex and Ripple will now deploy the service of liquidity to the request (ODL) in the procedures for transfer of funds.
This solution is more suitable, knowing that the XRP, which serves as the currency of exchange in cross-border payments, and the solution ODL are all of the products designed by the crypto-company Ripple.
Bob Lisy, the CEO of Intermex, has issued comments stating these words :
“We are pleased to have begun the partnership with team Ripple and we are eager to implement new solutions on RippleNet and ODL to help stimulate growth and provide greater efficiency.”
These words reflect the enthusiasm of the company to deploy its services with the XRP, the digital asset that Intermex is estimated to be the most effective for the regulations with its transaction fees relatively low.
The ODL gets a hit with users
Currently, the solution ODL stands out as being the ultimate medium for the transfer of funds between the United States and Mexico. It is a renewed experience for Ripple, because the crypto-exchange had previously undertaken the same process with another partner, who is none other than MoneyGram.
Alex Holmes, the CEO of MoneyGram, said that the volume of transfer by his company through ODL affects more than 10% of the market transactions between the two countries. And after the mexican market, the ODL will also be present on the Philippines, Australia and very soon in Brazil.
For this year, Ripple is planning to open its services throughout the Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and even Africa.
