The National Assembly of Venezuela approved a project that will serve to certify, with a blockchain, the identity of the deputies in exile, or who are in hiding, to participate at a distance in the deliberations of the parliament.Legislators revised the rules of procedure and debate of the face that will be voting to appoint the board of the legislative power, which shall be taken on the 5th of January, in which it is expected the ratification of John Guaidó as president of the AN is controlled by the political opposition to Nicolás Maduro.This is a project in conjunction with the startup, with headquarters in Washington, Citizenz, the Organization of American States (OAS) and the Westminster Foundation.
