“It was surprising to see how Ripple came in second place and PayPal with rich 1.307 transactions per second defeated. This shows that the Ripple could be in the position to be a viable payment solution to a much greater extent.“

Vays argues that Bitcoin has many other characteristics that distinguish it from Ripple. This includes, among other things, the fact that Bitcoin is not censored accounts and funds cannot be seized belongs to.
