The prosecution in the course

Nathan Peter Runyon, a former employee of Kraken, has started legal action against the site for the exchange of crypto-currencies.
The crypto-exchange is the subject of numerous counts, including the use of tactics that violate the ethics and law of the conduct dishonest towards the employees relating to options to purchase shares, and especially unfavourable treatment in respect of military veterans with disabilities.
In addition, Nathan Peter Runyon has discovered another crime which was to serve outrageously businesses and foreign clients whose assets have been frozen by the ministry of finance of the us.
Runyon would have also fallen on several malversations committed by the company.

Use of fraudulent actions

A number of irregularities had also been reported about the transactions of Tether (USDT) on the exchange of crypto-currencies, Kraken, at the end of the second quarter of this year.
According to John Griffin, a finance professor at the University of Texas, these anomalies can be explained by operations such as washing, that is to say, a mechanism for two-way buying and selling by the platform itself, in order to make up the volumes of offers and requests.
Although this technique may become a common use among traders, it is essentially a reprehensible act. Kraken, meanwhile, has derided these allegations in these terms :

“We don’t know exactly what prejudice could result from the washing of the exchange of a fixed asset compared to its reference value.
