Bitcoin is now more than a decade old. For more than 10 years, the number One of all crypto fascinated currencies with the idea of a ‘Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash system’ people from all over the world. A question, however, is for more than 3650 days unanswered: who Satoshi Nakamoto is? A single Person or a collective of programmers?The list of persons who have been identified as a potential Satoshi Nakamoto is a long one: Hal Finney, Craig Wright, or Elon Musk? – We don’t know it. We go on the hunt for Satoshi Nakamoto, the Bitcoin inventor.

Satoshi Nakamoto and Bitcoin – how it all began
We jump 11 years back in the year 2008. As a response to the financial crisis, published Satoshi a Paper that bears the (now legendary) entitled “Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System”. A few months later, the Bitcoin Software went live and the Genesis Block was mined, and thus the beginning of the Bitcoin was created in Community. Up to the year of 2010, Nakamoto was active in the Community; then the US took over programmer Gavin Andresen, the “control”. The following year, Satoshi was adopted then the final of the Community and said that he dedicate now to other things.
I’ve moved on to other things. It’s in good hands with Gavin and everyone.
Even if we know about Satoshi himself little, except that he was born in Japan, tried to in the past few years, the media repeatedly, Satoshi a particular Person or group. We begin with a chronology, respectively, hunt for Satoshi.
2011: Satoshi Nakamoto and Michael Clear
One of the earliest revelations attempts came from the news magazine The New Yorker in 2011. Joshua Davis, who works there as a Journalist, attended a Seminar on the topic of cryptography in the hope for Satoshi to trust Nakamoto. Specifically, ‘the suspect’ David the cryptography expert Michael Clear. This denied any kind of connection to the Person of Satoshi Nakamato. Rather, he referred David to Vili Lehdonvirta, a Finnish researcher with a strong interest in crypto-currencies. However, this is denied.
2013: Is Nick Szabo Satoshi Nakamoto?
Before there was Bitcoin at all relationship-wise the concept was expressed in the white paper of Satoshi, there was already a similar idea: Bit Gold. Many of the properties that Bitcoin has today, were already formulated at the time in connection with a Bit of Gold. The inventor behind a Bit of Gold? – Nick Szabo, an IT-specialist who should be most probably a term.And so Nick Szabo of many media portals and Newspapers was referred to as, for example, the New York Times, as Satoshi Nakamoto. 2016: Craig Wright and the Satoshi Story
Three years ago, the most prominent and longest story: the Craig Wright Story began. While all of the above name, and people did not want to be with Satoshi Nakamoto brought into connection, was (and is) Wright, the only Person who claimed to be offensive to be Satoshi Nakamoto. It all began 2015 with Leaks, which were taken from the Online magazine, Wire and processed in the Form of an article of a Story. The bottom line was that Craig Wright Satoshi was Nakamoto. What followed is to be regarded from today’s point of view, quite ironic, because Wright, who is enjoying the obvious attention to his own Person, addiction and loves, denied first Satoshi. Some time later, he reported, however, in the case of Wired and, in retrospect, that everything is correct.Wired itself has, however, researched then deeper and found out that some of the Wright’s submitted in evidence were true and that everything is just a great fiction. Also today, Mr. Wright makes for some attention, he always wants to deliver a supposed Beweiße, proving that he is “the real Satoshi Nakamoto” – most of them were debunked as a Fake.
2018: Elon Musk as Satoshi Nakamoto?
In the past year, Sahil Gupta of HackerNoon.com wrote a (more or less) serious Medium.com article, by laying down theses why Elon Musk is Satoshi was Nakamoto. So he called, among other things, the unbridled inventiveness Musk’s, his C programming skills and more points++ as the basis for his argument. Musk denied this, of course, even if he currencies, in principle, Cryptographic as an innovative solution to see and support.
2019: Satoshi Nakamoto – where are you?
The year 2019 is coming slowly to an end and we still don’t know who is really behind the Pseudonym of Satoshi Nakamoto. The mystery behind Satoshi will deal with the Crypto-world, probably even for the next months, years and maybe decades.On the other hand, I ask myself the question: Is it really important to who created Bitcoin? Because one has shown us Satoshi with Bitcoin: a decentralised System, which creates cryptographic trust, and no Central instance is needed, no need for a God.
