The XRP does not bring large-thing to Ripple
In the Face of the downturn in the price of XRP for weeks, observers, and users of XRP are beginning to speculate on the hypothetical wheeling and dealing of leaders, and those related to the management of the asset. On twitter, some have characterized the technology-Ripple source of personal enrichment, the company’s Ripple, at the expense of investors.
Finding the mass of the criticism directed towards the platform, David Schwartz led the counter-attack, saying that the XRP was not mentioned in any financial plan, and that it was not intended as a source of income therefore. In sum, Schwartz implies that the XRP brings nothing more to Ripple on the financial plan, despite the repetitive sales and large XRP recorded in the past two years.
Nobody buys XRP to give Ripple money to do things. We were vc/angel funded and were going to build regardless. We started selling XRP only after there was a market price and for negligible amounts compared to our other funding.

Ripple has relied on its own funds to start
The activities of Ripple is independent of the operation of the XRP continues, Schwartz to respond to the accusations of his critics. Moreover, this ideology seems to hold up to today, knowing that the company has obtained a financing of 200 million dollars during its round-table series C.
“We were funded by VC / Angel and we were going to build anyway. We have started selling the XRP only after there has been a market price, and in amounts negligible compared to our other financing, ” says-t it.
